Sessions
Brainstorm and discuss Propagate
This month’s focus is on Propagate’s design. So our in-person time will include time to brainstorm, discuss, and agree on some aspects of Propagate’s design. Some ideas:
- Align on what we want from Propagate and what it should do.
- Clarify and agree on core requirements in Issue #1.
- Expand on, brainstorm, and discuss the general architecture in Issue #2, in particular, focusing on challenges and answers/potential solutions to those challenges. Mainly, we want to get to some type of consensus or agreement on the overall design and practical direction to take.
- Discuss and brainstorm what the core “instructions” metadata might be in Issue #3.
Debrief on conference
Mainly to share learnings we got from the conference, anything to think about and consider for our own work, or that we could do differently. This is a very informal session.
Brainstorm our outreach
Given we are at a conference doing some outreach, we’ll use that as an opportunity to brainstorm other outreach activities we could do as we build more products and they become more stable. This will be mostly an informal brainstorming time, focusing on how we can do some outreach and what type of outreach, while also making sure to continue our priority on building the products.
